The Pocono Snow board already has some of the prime local soccer movers and shakers. They include folks with local and national soccer ties and people who have a serious interest in the development of youth soccer and the use of soccer to benefit people’s lives. Among the board members are:

Jerry Sheska enters his 28th season at East Stroudsburg University after leading the Warriors to their 15th PSAC championship and 15th appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament in his tenure in 2007. ESU has qualified for the NCAA Division II Tournament in all but three seasons since 1994, and returned to the postseason after a two-year absence in 2006. The Warriors' best finish was an appearance in the Final Four in 2000, when they finished the year ranked third in the nation. A 1968 graduate of ESU, Sheska played three years of varsity soccer for the Warriors as a midfielder and back. He was a member of ESU's 1965 team that reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I Soccer Tournament before losing to Michigan State. He was co-captain of the 1967 team. Sheska coached soccer for 10 years at Morris Knolls High School and with the Lehigh Valley All-Stars and the professional Pennsylvania Stoners, before coming to ESU. He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation "A" coaching license.

Carlos Madeira is a Portuguese-born and Eastern Pennsylvania raised and trained soccer guy. He played at Dieruff High School in Allentown, the Shimano Super Youth Club of the 1970’s, the US Open Cup Semi-Finalist Ross Bikes and the 1980 ASL Champions, the Pennsylvania Stoners. He stayed in soccer locally, playing with a number of adult clubs into his 40’s. He presently coaches at the West End Soccer Club.

Patrick Mullally is an avid soccer enthusiast and local businessman. He was born and raised in Stroudsburg, played soccer in high school and at West Chester University. He  owned and operated The Dansbury Depot Restaurant for 23 years, one of the largest and most popular of Pocono establishments. He recently opened The Club House Restaurant and Bar, an upscale restaurant on the premises of Glen Brook Country Club, one of the more famous Golf courses in Monroe County. Pat has been coaching youth soccer with various programs and clubs for the past 7 years and continues to be active in the local soccer community.

Gary Olson former Snow Player, is now President and CEO of ESSA Bank and Trust.
